Full Job Description – Project Administrative Assistant

We are a commercial construction company providing construction and renovation services to the commercial office, education, healthcare, retail/restaurant, and specialty markets. We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated associate to be part of our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist project management team with daily tasks

· Coordinate with Project Manager and other members of the field team on managing work order program

· Update and maintain database information

· Organize and file documents as needed

This job description is intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this position. QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates degree required or equivalent administrative experience

· Proven success in project management with excellent attention to detail, and organization

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication

· Experience using Microsoft office programs

· Experience with a construction company a plus
