Searching for Commercial Construction Project Managers who have verifiably worked on $50M-$150M+ projects. These projects could be healthcare, educational or large industrial manufacturing type projects.

• This individual MUST have a verifiable good reputation within the commercial construction arena working long-term (5-10+ years with each employer - no "jumpers") with reputable name brand commercial builders,
• Not looking for multi-family, home builders, or owner's representatives please.

• This Commercial Construction Project Manager will work with some of the most advanced construction minds in the business, accelerating their knowledge and experience within the commercial construction sector.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 10+ ears in the field, coordinating project schedules and material, helping lead $50-150M+ projects.
• Building experience that may include either or all the following: healthcare, higher education and/or K-12 schools. and may also include large industrial manufacturing project experience.
• Must have verifiable (searchable) experience leading the building of $50-$150M+ construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate all field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of people throughout the construction process.
• Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.
