Construction Project Manager

Our client is a Commercial GC headquartered in Fort Myers, FL. They are looking to hire a Project Manager to work in their HQ with a focus on $10M + ground up commercial projects.

Experience and Skills you need:

-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

-Ground-up commercial experience is required

-Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

-P&L Management and cost analysis

-Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders

-Design-Build experience a plus

-Business Development and client retention

-Estimating experience nice to have
