We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team for Street, Road & Highway Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize project management software such as PROCORE to track project progress
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
- Assist with the bidding process.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
- Prepare reports detailing project status and issues.

Skills:
- Proficiency in project coordination and management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam.

Experience:·         Construction: 10+ years (Required) Project Manager·         Highway & Street Construction: 5+ years (Required)·         Work Location: In person 

Requirements:  ·         10+ years of estimating experience and/or street, road, highway construction experience·         Holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering·         Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills·         Exceptional computer skills·         Proficient in ProCore, MS Suite·         Certificates, License, Registrations:·         Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a safe driving record·         Ability to analyze problems and create solutions that add value to the client and the company
