Are you a seasoned Project Manager with the skill and project planning capabilities to tackle structural restoration and renovation projects? Our company, a highly respected construction firm known for quality and excellence for over three decades, is on an expansion spree in South Florida, the Treasure Coast, the Suncoast, and Tampa Bay areas. We're on the hunt for talented Project Managers to elevate our team to new heights.

Your Role: As a Project Manager, you'll be the project manager orchestrating large restoration projects from start to finish. You'll work hand-in-glove with our Pro-Max crew, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are not just completed, but are a testament to quality and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Oversee projects, ensuring they stick to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Paperwork Wizard: Handle all project documentation, from contracts to progress reports.
• Team Player: Set project goals with internal and external teams, keeping everyone aligned.
• Problem Solver: Keep a keen eye on project progress, swiftly addressing any hiccups.
• Safety First: Regularly inspect sites for compliance with safety and project specs.
• Subcontractor Liaison: Ensure subcontractors are on the same page and deliver as expected.
• Client Whisperer: Maintain stellar relationships with clients, keeping them updated and satisfied.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: A track record in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of high-rise restoration techniques.
• Skills: Top-notch organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Communication: Exceptional at communicating and collaborating.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Pro-Core, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Education: Preferably a degree or certification in construction management.
