Purpose of role: The Construction Project Manager is the key team member responsible for the direct oversight and management of construction projects across the Florida market. From gathering bids to routine site visits and ensuring on time delivery, the Construction Project Manager is an experienced Project Manager that brings each and every project alive through the construction phase of work.

BNB Construction is a fast-growing design/build firm that is focused on the remodeling of high-end residential homes that are being used for short term vacation rentals across the US. From new construction to large scale renovations. BNB Construction partners with individual homeowners and design firms to bring a white glove design/build service to their clients.
Role and Responsibilities

Routinely travel to job sites to ensure work is being performed to the correct time schedule, quality standards, and specifications

Be able to remotely manage projects to cover outside markets on an as needed basis

Work with the design and estimating teams to take projects to bid, utilizing contractor and builder relationships

Source and build strong trade partner relationships

Use project management software to build project timelines and milestones that all stakeholders will utilize to follow the project

Be the liaison between design, procurement, and construction during the build phase to ensure all details are accounted for and problems are resolved

Coordinate and run planning meetings, pre mobilization meetings, and weekly check in meetings with trade partners and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables

Responsible for the delivery and budget of each project

Manage the change order process

Manage any warranty or post construction issues that may arise

Report weekly on progress and completed tasks to client

Reports to Director of Construction
Education
-
Degree in construction related field ()
Experience
-
1+ years of construction project management experience ()

1+ years of home remodeling experience
Required skill set

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Financial and budget management acumen

Be able to work within Google and Microsoft suit of products

Must be able to read and understand construction blueprints

Have a well established understanding of the home renovation process
Physical requirements
-
Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and construction needs as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions up to 15% of the year.

Ability to walk and inspect job sites, including climbing stairs and ladders.
-
Ability to stand, flex, crouch, and lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
