Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multi-unit design and construction projects for our Sweathouz and Dogtopia franchises. The Construction Project Manager will be primarily responsible for making sure a franchisee’s design and construction documents are accurate and compliant. This person will work closely with the Director of Construction to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for reviewing and redlining drawings, overseeing contractors, managing timelines, and communicating with franchise owners.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently review and modify (redline) design and construction documents as necessary to ensure the timely and compliant buildout of new SweatHouz and Dogtopia franchises.
- Work as a liaison between the Franchisee, Architect, Engineers and Contractors to facilitate their design and construction process and communicate regularly with franchise owners to provide updates on project progress
- Ability to communicate design and construction concepts accurately to all parties
- Work closely with the Director of Construction to oversee construction projects for Sweathouz and Dogtopia franchises.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee contractors and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the design and construction process.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Construction Management or 5+ years of related field experience
- Experience working in construction management, preferably in interior buildouts and the franchise industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Proficiency in Bluebeam is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time, in office
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
