What youll be doing - Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating a full schedule of services for our clients
  • Scheduling and managing the production portion of the project
  • Scheduling and communicating with a mix of in-house tradesmen and subcontractors
  • Maintains records of personnel and resources used on projects and communicates all billable events to others.
  • Interfaces with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss
  • Having constant and professional communication with our customers and internal personnel
  • Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies
  • Creating and cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters
  • Keeping all jobs within budget and on schedule

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Have an extensive construction background, understanding building materials, flooring, overall construction processes
  • Have experience in the restoration industry and experience in writing estimates in Xactimate or comparable


What we require of you Must haves:

  • Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
  • Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

  • Base Salary - $55,000-$68,000, depending on experience
