Construction Project Manager / Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Complete accurate estimates of required labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors needed to complete the project
- Ability to manage projects from start to completion
- Ability to read and evaluate architectural/MEP drawings and relevant contract documents
- Must maintain open communication between, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Performs other duties as required
- Review drawings and specifications to determine quantities and calculate pricing
- Hiring, recruiting, managing, and maintaining subcontractor base across assigned projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interact and collaborate at all levels
- Prepare project documents and schedules
- Manage multiple projects and communicate consistently with all parties involved
- Ensure all project activities are being completed promptly by using documentation tools.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Sales and negotiating skills
- Energetic with a high sense of urgency
- Experience with creating estimates and proposals
- Detail oriented
- Meeting critical project deadlines and progressing projects in a logical and cost-efficient manner
- Negotiating change requests with architects, construction managers, and clients professionally to foster good-will with team members
- Pre-construction Jobsite visits
- Supervisory experience in the construction industry
- Experience in the Construction industry: 2 years not required
- A PA Drivers License
- The ability to legally work in the United States
