Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project Manager located in Newport News, VA. The project Manager will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure projects, managing program information, planning projects, and executing project management tasks on-site.
- The main role of a Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project Manager is to use the NASSCO ( Association of Sewer Service Companies) established PACP, LACP, MACP guidelines to inspect, record, and document all defects within a storm or sanitary sewer line. Based on the observations made, a score is given for the pipe which can then be used to determine what, if any, replacement or rehabilitation is needed.
- Must be able to plan, coordinate, and oversee UV cure lining and rehabilitation projects from inception to completion
- Assemble submittals and Bids for upcoming projects by managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Create Daily/Weekly production goals and gameplans
- Track and record timesheets for employees
- Strong leadership and vocal communications are required, this position is responsible for achieving daily production goals to ensure profitability and success.
Qualifications:
- NASSCO PACP, LACP, MACP Certifications required with over 4 year’s experience working with sewer CCTV equipment.
- UV CIPP Liner installation experience
- Manhole and wet well protection and rehab with 100% solids epoxy
- Valid Driver's License Required
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Must be clean with no serious violations in the last 5 years.
- Ability to record and maintain inspection data, daily production sheets, pre-trip inspections required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in subsurface utilities (CIPP or Install crews)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 year’s experience with Utility Construction
- Must possess or be able to possess a TWIC card
