Construction Project Managers needed in Sterling Heights, MI - Large-Scale, Water Infrastructure and Wastewater Build Projects

A well established Nationally based Construction Company based in Michigan, is currently seeking several Construction Project Managers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team. Construction Project Manager rates are anticipated to gross at approximately $200,000, and will be based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. Qualified Construction Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
* Project Management experience with Large Scale Water / Waste Water Treatment Construction projects, or Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment plants, or Water Infrastructure Projects. Typical projects range from $1 to $100 Million.
* Exceptional communication skills, must work with Customers and diverse cross-functional teams.
* Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design, deliverables, construction, schedule, budget, milestones, and go from project launch to customer signoff.
* BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related degree is a benefit, but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
* Able to travel 20% (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).
