Headquartered in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense market.
We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Coordinator candidate to join our Field Operations team for a project located at Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Please note - this is an active military base that requires a full background screening.
QC Coordinators will be responsible for the administration of project-specific quality control programs, assisting in start-up and close-out procedures, assessing/auditing QC program compliance, assisting in monitoring project quality control performance and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00, depending on experience

Ideal Candidates will have the following experience:
- A BA/BS degree
- Two or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry, including, but not limited to, Electrical, Mechanical self-perform, Project Engineer, QC, as well as project management administration .
- A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and RMS/QCS training is .
- QCM/Alt QCM experience is
- Fluent English and Spanish strongly .
- CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required. Training can be provided.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
- Specific software literacy (Oracle, ACC/QCS) .
