Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a Construction Quality Manager with a Cerified Welding Inspector (CWI) in Charleston TN

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement quality control processes, ensuring compliance with project, specifications, codes, and standards

Perform in document welding inspections to confirm compliance with AWS,ASME and other relevant standards

Collaborate with project team to address, quality issues and provide training on quality standards and best practice

Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results and quality metrics

Qualifications:

CWI certification : current certificate, welding inspector certification is required

Strong knowledge of construction, material welding, processes, and industry codes

Excellent communication problem-solving attention to detail with the ability to read drawings and blueprints
