Construction Recruitment Resourcer

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Construction Resourcer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from our Sittingbourne office.



About the Role:



As a Construction Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging with top construction talent. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and experience within the construction industry.



Responsibilities:



* Sourcing and screening candidates for various construction roles



* Building and maintaining candidate databases



* Analyse CVs.



* Taking telephone interviews with candidates



* Using CV Library and Linked In for sourcing.



What We’re Looking For:



* Strong construction experience and understanding of different sectors.



* Able to work in a busy environment and talk to candidates on the phone.



* Highly organised with good attention to detail



* Ability to work independently and as part of a team



* Proficient with software such as CV Library, Linked In.

* Location: Sittingbourne



* Hours: Part-time, flexible working hours available, potentially hybrid.



* Salary: Competitive hourly rate
