Construction & Renovation: General Contractor / Site Leader

We are seeking a Site Leader to become a part of our team! You will help plan and execute all necessary renovation tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all job site activities
* Follow safe building practices with accordance to regulatory building code
* Ensure all work updates are properly communicated to the project manager
* Supervise and train onsite crew

Qualifications:
* 8+ years experience in various disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Drywall Finishing, etc.)
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Capacity to multitask and prioritize
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have truck & working cellphone
