Construction Site Logistic Engineer

Role accountabilities: Establish partnerships with the Clients team working together for the benefit of the Project. Review plans and other technical documents Assist in the preparation of the Project Construction Risk Profile Assist the project manager in creating and distributing the project schedule. Monitor costs and project progress. Maintain control of all project documentation Assist in the preparation, updating and maintaining of the Project Directory, Risk Register and Project Execution Plan during the term of the Project. Assist in the preparation and updating of safety report on a weekly / monthly basis. Assist in the preparation and updating of a QA / QC report on a weekly / monthly basis. Assist in the preparation and issuance of Construction Close Out Report Checking drawings, review project work scope, drawings, and requirements for compliance to engineering design, materials, procurement, fabrication and construction Assist project team resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may ariseQualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field of study Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated and proactive. Has 3 to 5 years of work experience in Construction Projects with MEP Preferably with experience in waterproofing in Hotel & Casino projects Can do basic Cost Estimates and Cost Monitoring Can do Project Monitoring and Risks Mitigation Knowledgeable in Quality Assurances in respect to Project Documentations Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Strong communication skills both oral and written Proficiency in programming and planning software (e.g., MS project, Autocad, Microsoft Office) required Health and Safety Background is an advantageContinue your career journey as an Arcadian.We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
