Construction Site Manager\nLocation: HS2, Birmingham\n * Competitive Salary\n * Private Health Insurance\n * 6% Pension contributions\n * Lunch and travel allowance\nJoin a tier 1 contractor and have the opportunity to work on UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, recognised by their sheer size, technical intricacy, use of the latest technologies, and innovative resolution methods.\nIf you have experience on major high-value project delivery in railway, complex structures (RC, bridges, viaducts), please read on!\nResponsibilities:\n * Responsible for supervising and planning the Pre main works Foundation & Structure construction, and the short term site works (utilities, deliveries, installations, etc)\n * Checking and keeping records of delivered material, ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the RAMS, daily record progress.\n * Management and coordinate subcontractor’s works and associated documentation, ensuring effective use of materials and control of waste.\n * Produce 1 week look ahead detailed programs\n * Monitor the relevant construction works\nEssential:\n * NVQ Level 4 (or similar)\n * Have demonstrable good managerial, motivational, planning, team building and leadership skills.\n * Have an excellent track record of major project delivery in railway, complex structures (RC, bridges, viaducts)\n * SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.\n * CSCS Card\n * First Aid in the Workplace\n * Fire Marshal\nTo apply, please send an up-to-date CV directly to the advertisement and a member of the team will contact you
