Baron Building Group is a Texas Homebuilder looking to hire a new Site Superintendent to join our team. Residential experience a MUST! City of Houston experience REQUIRED.

Must have at least 5 years residential construction management experience within city codes. Please do NOT apply if you do not have this experience.

The Site Superintendent works under the guidance of a seasoned Construction Manager to coordinate new home building activities in accordance with company standards, budget and schedule while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Site Superintendent will supervise trade partners, coordinate building processes and communicates with other departments to ensure all required materials; equipment and inspections support the building schedule.

Site Superintendent candidates are extremely organized and detailed-oriented team players with excellent customer service skills and CAN DO attitude.

In addition to salary we also offer an allowance and bonus program. Salary is negotiable based on need and experience.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manager construction during all phases
• Troubleshoot and monitor quality standards and practice of trades partners, always ensuring job safety
• Coordinate workflow and activities of multiple trade partners
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction of their home
• Schedule city inspections, technicians, pre-walk through inspections and buyer in a timely manner
• Assist in warranty on homes and scheduling when needed.
• Maintain SWPP procedure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,00.00 per year based on experience. Extremely qualified can be negotiable.
