We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development & Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Must reside within the market area: Jacksonville
About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will spend 80% of your time actively engaging with construction contractors at their offices and job sites. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, driving business growth, and connecting clients with qualified candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starts at: $60,000 per year
- Bi-Weekly Commissions
- 25 Employees Working → $75,000/year
- 50 Employees Working → $105,000/year
- 100 Employees Working → $150,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
✔ Partner with contractors and recruiters to help fill open positions.
✔ Connect clients with qualified candidates to ensure successful placements.
✔ Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
✔ Utilize recruiting tools and materials effectively.
✔ Cold call and visit contractors and job sites to generate business.
✔ Provide excellent service to existing customers while expanding accounts.
Requirements:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Comfortable with relationship-building and client interactions.
✔ High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics.
✔ Effective negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
✔ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound sales.
