Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly meetings (varies) with clients & DOC
• Issue CO’s & RFI’s to clients through Procore
• Updates schedules with DOC and distribute to clients & subs through Procore
• Set-up Procore with DOC
• Travel:
  • Minimum travel to projects, client meetings, job-site meetings & walk-thru’s
  • It would on a per project basis
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Negotiate with subcontractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with Procore software a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
