Looking for a Project Superintendent for a project we have at the Marine Corp Base in Kaneohe. This project is a renovation project of the 2nd floor at the NCIS building.  Completion time for the project is 8 months. We are looking for a Superintendent who fits our family culture and possesses the skills below.

• 10 years Experience minimum
• Experience with the Navy or Army Corp of Engineers
• Experience with Renovation and Commercial type Projects
• Experience with managing multiple subcontractors on the same jobsite
• Experience with Government contracts and regulations
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of state/local safety regulations
• Wage DOE
• Safety Certifications
