Our client is a Builder Developer that specializes in High-end Multifamily Construction. Due to the exciting pipeline of work, they are experiencing companywide growth which has created this current Superintendent need. This role is 100% local in Tallahassee FL. If you are interested in working directly for a Developer and manage new large ground up projects, THEN APPLY!

Required experience:

• Currently working for a General Contractor or Developer
• Relatable Multifamily or Commercial Project experience
• Ability to lead by example and manage a job site successfully
• Experience completing a Multifamily project from cradle to grave
