**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise crews with clear communication skills and priorities.

- Create and maintain detailed reports on payroll, time logs, email correspondence

- Develop documents to ensure welding procedures are strictly adhered to

- Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and document sharing within the team.

- Ensure that all financial data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

- Strong self-motivated, flexible and strong listening skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Teams.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
