System Verification Engineer - Senior Description: We are looking for a System Verification Engineer to join our clients team and help develop their test capabilities, particularly for Stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of system verification, validation, and testing, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Developing Test Methods: Create and implement test methods for the BESS product range. Design comprehensive test plans covering full system verification, validation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and functionality tests. Ensure products meet customer expectations. Full System Verification and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to verify and validate the entire system. Ensure all components and subsystems work seamlessly and meet specified requirements. Perform load testing to confirm the system can handle peak loads without failure. Developing Test Facilities and Equipment: Set up and maintain test facilities and equipment. Select appropriate testing tools and set up test environments. Ensure all testing equipment functions correctly. Design test rigs to simulate real-world operating conditions for BESS products. Generic Job Responsibilities: Define and validate the test environment. Integrate, verify, and validate the electrical system according to component interfaces and expected system behavior. Work collaboratively in a team to test and verify electrical systems. Execute testing according to provided input requirements and instructions. Analyze test results and apply knowledge to identify system behaviors. Resolve issues identified during testing and ensure product and process quality. Lead system engineering within a technical team, ensuring quality and readiness before release. Senior-Level Responsibilities: Apply advanced knowledge obtained through education and work experience. Support junior team members and peers, acting as a role model for lifelong learning. Share knowledge and develop others as a trainer and/or coach. Develop influence and work confidently within the broader technical network. Clearly articulate how they are creating value within their part of the organization.
