Content Operations Specialist
London (Hybrid) | Approx. £65,000 (Plus Benefits)
Contribute to meeting customer business objectives and marketing objectives and developing incremental investment.
Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by developing portions of campaign strategy that are integrated into overarching efforts, with minimal assistance.
Drive campaign solution implementation, identify account opportunities, and scale solutions.
Plan and execute prioritized work including selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve customer business objectives.
Customer research
Knowledge of the customer's organization, industry, competition, and end-customers.
Data-driven analysis and reporting
Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value of our client products, services, and solutions to create competitive advantage.
Digital advertising ecosystem knowledge
Knowledge of the general digital advertising ecosystem, players and offerings, including the programmatic landscape.
In-depth knowledge of both online and offline advertising solutions and the media landscape. Understanding of the advertising agency landscape.
Industry knowledge
Knowledge of the changing landscape of the industry, product areas, other key players, and/or markets including technology trends and issues that affect the operations of one???s business and organization.
Operations management
Ability to manage and execute operational processes, including adherence to documented procedures, definition of SLAs, definition of location and timezone strategy, capacity planning, quality control and oversight of outsourcing partners.
Opportunity and pipeline management
Ability to discover opportunities to deliver expanded customer value by effectively managing the pipeline throughout the entire sales/customer lifecycle.
Sales acumen
Ability to use knowledge of the customer's buying cycle and competitors' offerings to position and drive the business to the next level.
Situational leadership
Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with others, especially senior leaders of the organization, to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program or solution. This includes the ability to effectively address difficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, and maintain a professional demeanour while engaging in difficult or sometimes high-pressure situations.
Stakeholder management
Ability to create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of expectations and agreed objectives. Including building trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with different functional stakeholders.
