Civil/Structural Maritime Engineer

**Outside IR35**

A civil/structural practice with a heavy influence in the maritime sector requires a Civil/Structural Maritime engineer for a minimum contract 12 month assignment.

This firm is involved with major projects across the UK and are looking for a Civil/Structural Maritime Engineer who has design experience in relation to maritime structures (ports, harbours, jetties, quay walls etc…)

The successful Maritime Engineer must have a good understanding of civil/structural design and will be degree qualified. Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a maritime engineer.

Engineers without direct Maritime experience, but have solid heavy civil design experience (bridge, tunnel, temporary works, underground structures etc…) will still be very much considered.

This opportunity has come around due to a number of significant project wins, therefore the right individual can start immediately.

Our client offers this role on an Outside IR35 basis and a hybrid working patten can be adopted.

For more information on this role please contact Nick Rothery at Energi People.
