£450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)

iO Associates has partnered with a global packaging client in the recruitment two Project Managers/Engineers, to deliver capital expenditure projects.

The role responsibilities include:

• Development of requirement specifications in collaboration with other teams such as Operations.
• Use specialist knowledge to deliver capex projects to correct technical specification.
• Development of cost estimates and project schedules.
• Managing efficient spend for capex projects.
• Coordinating and managing external resources.
• Manage the project lifecycle including capital approval, maintaining accurate financial data including spend and forecast and project closure.
• Manage construction activities and overseeing commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental standards

The ideal candidate will have a background being either a hands-on Electrical, Mechanical OR Process Engineer, that is moved into managing projects daily. Additionally, having a background within Packaging, is highly advantageous.
