Client Details


Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


  • Placing candidates into established accounts.
  • Working on contract vacancies.
  • Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
  • Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
  • Arranging candidate interviews.
  • Attending industry networking events.
  • From time to time being involved in business development.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • Experience of working as a recruitment consultant within contract recruitment. Ideally within an engineering discipline.
  • Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience of placing buyers, commercial engineers and so on desirable although not essential.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients.
  • Able to attend networking events as and when required.


The Package


A competitive basic salary, bonus scheme. Hybrid Working (3/4 days London, 1/2 days per week remote)
