Contract Supervisor/ Project Manager



* Management of subcontractors (Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, groundworkers and general builders)



* Trade experience essential



* Client and liaison (Good communication skills both written and verbal, computer literate on Microsoft word and excel is essential)



* Survey, Post Inspect and Manage Local Authority upgrade works including, All Domestic building alterations, Kitchen, bathrooms, wetrooms, heating systems, rewires, concrete driveways and footpaths.



* SSSTS or SMSTS qualified ( but not essential, training can be provided)



* Diligent in Quality Assurance and Compliance checks to ensure the standards expected by the company are achieved.



* Full UK Driving licence



* Experience within a similar role



* Essential they live no further than a 30minute radius of Wisbech.



* Preference for contractors who have worked with local authorities or private customers.



The successful candidate will be part of a small operation team and will be joining the company with an ambition to expand, we turn over in the region of 3-4million a year. The position is for some looking for a full-time post off the tools, training can be provided If required. Hours are 7am-5pm, wages between 35-40k depending on experience, bonus incentives, company vehicle, fuel card, holiday negotiable. ‘
