My Prestige Client are a highly successful family run business since 1988 they are currently seeking an experienced professional Contract Manager to join their friendly and accomplished Team , a well-established Health Insurance company, in a key senior position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a financially regulated environment, and demonstrate influence and engagement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management and Negotiation

\n

    \n
  • Apply leadership in healthcare contract management, including cost negotiation
  • \n

  • Ensure procedures align with FCA guidelines and reflect best business practices
  • \n

  • Effectively manage appointments and represent the company professionally
  • \n

\n

Financial and Business Analysis

\n

    \n
  • Produce and interpret regular reports to support business objectives
  • \n

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement
  • \n

  • Liaison with Claims Manager to resolve service invoice queries
  • \n

\n

Product and Service Development

\n

    \n
  • Support development and management of company products and services
  • \n

  • Guide and assist in developing support services through the Medical Advisory Panel
  • \n

  • Stay informed of industry changes to manage relevant projects and developments
  • \n

\n

Relationship Management

\n

    \n
  • Develop and influence external business relationships with medical service providers
  • \n

  • Communicate procedural changes effectively across the organisation
  • \n

\n

  • Proven experience in a contractual environment
