Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager - Construction

Salary : 55k - 60k + Package

Groundworks / Landscaping / Podium experience needed.

Day to Day :

* Responsibilities are to maintain multiple projects are running on time and on budget to completion.

* Management of subcontractors and direct labor throughout project builds.

* To write and assist in the writing of RAMS for all projects, and traffic management

* when the project is main contractor works.

* To maintain and record daily site paperwork, audits, briefings, Friday packs to main contractors.

* Biweekly and monthly meetings reporting to the managing director and the

* commercial director of progress on projects as well as any issues with projects.

* To assist with monthly valuations with senior QS and QS on the project

* Recording of RFI’S and CVI’S.

* Pro active attitude to overcome issues on site with subcontractors and contractors.

* Liaise with project managers, architects, QS’S on both sides of the project as well

* deliver correct information to the site team whether it be site managers or site

* supervisors.

* To ensure all projects, are running on time, on budget and built to the clients and

* architect’s expectations and specifications.
