Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

About the Company:

I'm currently working with a mid-sized principal contractor specializing in high-end residential refurbishment and data centre fit-out projects. With a turnover of close to £20m, my client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the data centre arm of the company.

About the Role:

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects valued between £8m and £10m on data centres across London and Europe. This role requires travel to ongoing projects across Europe to oversee and liaise with clients on these projects, as my client has several clients on the continent.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in commercial fit-out projects, managing multiple projects with a value of up to £8m

* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver projects from post-tender stage through to final accounts, including managing any variations, valuations, and contract administration
