Are you a Contracts Manager or similar looking for a varied role in a steadily expanding company, where you will be tasked with end-to-end project responsibility and the opportunity to become a valued member of the team?

Established for over 30 years, this leading UK company specializes in managing and controlling groundwater levels and mitigating water-related issues in construction and environmental projects.
\n
This role will see you responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, negotiation, and finance management. You will ensure that our projects align with company goals and regulatory requirements, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. You will be the middleman between site and office.
\n
This role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Civil Engineering looking to make an impact in a fast-growing company with the opportunity to grow the department and assume overall responsibility of contracts from conception to completion.

The Role:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Full responsibility over contracts.
- Maintaining and sourcing new accounts and contracts for the business.

The Person:
\n
- \n
- Contracts Management and Civil Engineering experience, NEC 3 & 4.
- Full understanding of construction laws and processes.
- Strong IT skills.
- BA degree or similar field equivalent.
