Contracts Manager - Dry Lining



Location: East Anglia

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package (including car/car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and performance-based bonus)



Fairmead Managed Services, a specialist construction recruitment agency, is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client. This family-run dry lining contractor, based in Cambridge, has experienced significant growth and is now looking to expand further by bringing on board an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in dry lining.



About the Role:



As the Contracts Manager, you will be a key part of this team, driving projects forward and contributing to the company's continued success. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically valued at up to £1 million each, covering a range of sectors from residential developments to commercial fit-outs for high-value Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee the delivery of multiple dry lining projects across East Anglia, ensuring quality and timely completion.



* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project requirements are met.



* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.



* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.



About You:



The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the dry lining sector, either currently working with or having a background in a dry lining contractor. You should have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of dry lining, along with valuable industry contacts and insights.
