Role Overview:
My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple high-end fit-out projects within the retail and food & beverage sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-3 sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out industry, particularly within retail and food & beverage sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driving license.
