This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to lead large-scale housing repairs projects and manage key contractor relationships.\n\nOverview for the role:\n\nJob Title: Repairs Contracts Manager\n\nLocation: Sale, Greater Manchester\n\nRate: £46,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance \n\nResponsibilities of the Contracts Manager:\n\nLead the management of all repairs and maintenance across 20,000 social housing properties\n\t\nOversee contractor work valued between £3M - £5M annually\n\t\nCollaborate with internal teams to recruit and retain long-term contractors\n\t\nMaintain strong contractor relationships through progress meetings, monthly valuations, and quality assurance\n\nRequirements for Contracts Manager role:\n\nSocial Housing experience in a similar role\n\t\nContractor management experience (sub-contractors and/or external)\n\t\nPreferable knowledge of JCT/TPC/TAC-1/NEC or similar forms of contract\n\t\nDegree qualification in a property-related field OR extensive industry experience\n\t\nFull UK Driving License\n\nFor more information contact Chelsey on (phone number removed) or send an email to c.edmonds @skilledcareers .(url removed)
