With a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence, they're now looking to bring a Contracts Manager on board to join their expanding team in Nottingham.\n \n This is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to step into a pivotal role-overseeing key commercial elements of projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-value work.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\nOversee commercial handovers between sales, project, and design teams\nReview and analyse project proposals and costings\nCoordinate and manage project planning processes across multiple projects\nDevelop detailed plans to monitor progress and achieve targets\nForecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands\nEnsure all project documentation and paperwork is accurate and complete\nCollaborate with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and support implementation\nMaintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbout You\n\nProven experience in a Contracts Manager role\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nWilling and able to travel throughout the UK and overseas\nMust hold a valid British Passport\nFull UK Driving Licence requiredWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)\nOpportunity to work on complex, fast-paced projects within a niche sector\nMonday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm | Friday: 8am - 3:30pm\nFree on-site parking\nAccess to an on-site gym\nCompany pension scheme\nCycle to work scheme
