As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standard within budget and on time. You will be responsible for:



* Coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.



* Managing contracts and client relationships.



* Overseeing site safety, compliance, and quality control.



* Budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.



* Delivering projects involving architectural and structural steel, with a focus on balconies and balustrades.
