Contracts Manager- Commercial M&E

About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Manager to oversee and manage the building services for a prestigious buildings. The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and the highest standards of service delivery are maintained.



Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:



* Oversee and manage all building services contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.



* Negotiate, renew, and review service contracts to ensure best value and performance.



* Develop and implement contract management strategies to improve service delivery.

Service Delivery:



* Ensure all building services (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are delivered to the highest standard.



* Monitor and evaluate service providers' performance through regular audits and performance reviews.



* Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.

Budget and Financial Management:



* Manage the budget for building services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.



* Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to building services.



* Approve invoices and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Compliance and Safety:



* Ensure all services comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.



* Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.



* Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect occupants and service providers.

Stakeholder Management:



* Liaise with building occupants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction.



* Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.



* Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by occupants or service providers.



Requirements:

Education and Experience:



* Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, in a commercial building environment.



* Proven track record of managing building services contracts and service providers.

Skills and Abilities:



* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.



* Excellent organizational and project management abilities.



* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.



* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
