With a robust financial position, they offer stability, security, and long-term career prospects.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects in the West Yorkshire region.
This role will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining quality, safety, and budget adherence while leading and coordinating site teams effectively.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and time objectives.\n\n * \n\n Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.\n\n * \n\n Manage contract negotiations, risk assessments, and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.\n\n * \n\n Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with commercial, technical, and site teams to drive efficiency and resolve challenges.\n\n * \n\n Monitor project performance, reporting on progress, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.\n\n * \n\n Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and project teams.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction industry.\n\n * \n\n Strong background in delivering large-scale residential, student accommodation, or build-to-rent projects.\n\n * \n\n Excellent knowledge of contract law, JCT contracts, and risk management.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within budget and on schedule.\n\n * \n\n Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) and professional accreditations .\n\nPackage & Benefits:\n\n * \n\n Salary: Up to £110,000\n\n * \n\n Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based bonus\n\n * \n\n Attractive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and career progression opportunities.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-financed contractor and take the commercial lead on major projects in the region.\n\nInterested?
