Location: Manchester & Liverpool Salary: £100k plus



Our client, a leading property development and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage their large-scale projects across Manchester and Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the success of high-profile developments, delivering quality results while working closely with teams on the ground.



About the Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects for our client, from contract negotiation and procurement to ongoing cost control and project delivery. Your expertise will ensure that all contracts align with the company’s commercial objectives, balancing profitability with risk management.



Key Responsibilities:



* Project Oversight: Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

* Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with project teams, including site managers and subcontractors, to ensure seamless execution and support where needed.

* Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.

* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues, managing risks to keep projects on track.



Requirements:



* Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the property development and construction industry, with a strong record of delivering large-scale projects (ranging from £20m to £80 million).

* Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to success.

* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly between Manchester and Liverpool.
