Gap construction is extremely proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious regional housebuilder, who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a crucial role in overseeing the restructuring of their Northeast region. You'll play an essential role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contracts management and a proven ability to lead teams through complex site restructuring. Experience managing multiple sites, working with complex residential projects, and handling client relationships is essential.



Performance Objectives:



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 3 sites under restructuring.

Manage the contractual aspects of the projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are optimised.

Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work closely with the Construction Director for ongoing guidance and support.

Manage and lead the teams on-site, ensuring effective project delivery.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Person Specification:



Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, with a focus on overseeing large, complex projects.

Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to effectively manage people and processes.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in overseeing large scale restructures would be advantageous.We are open to candidates at senior levels and are willing to offer a premium rate for a Contracts Manager with the right experience.
