Contracts Manager / Project Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Ops Manager - Facade/Cladding - South Coast\nThe Company\n * My client are a well-established Leading Facade Contractor, who have experienced steady growth over the past 10+ years.\n * Projects ranging from £2m-20m.\n * My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover.\n * The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.\n * HQ based in Hampshire\nThe Role - Contracts Manager (cladding)\nMy client are looking to appoint a commercially aware Contracts Manager to join their growing team.\nEssential ​​​​​​Experience: 5+ years in envelope cladding\nLocation: Commutable to HQ (Hampshire) with projects in London / home counties.\nDuties:\n * Oversee the contract management process\n * Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and project execution.\n * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of facade systems, construction processes, and relevant industry regulations.\n * Provide technical support to project teams,\n * Analyse commercial implications of site activities\n * Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and all staff levels.\n * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nContracts Manager / Project Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Ops Manager - Facade/Cladding
