
Contracts Manager - Offshore
Job DescriptionAssist in development of new frameworks to ensure organisation enduring requirements are fully met.Support in development of prequalification and evaluation criteria and evaluations of packages.Support in development of tenders, evaluation criteria, scope of work etc and evaluation of proposals.Ensure that all elements of scope of work are well included in the Contract requirements.Support the commercial evaluation process of bids with the procurement department.Manage commercial, and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.Pro-active contracts management and claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes of Contracts.Lead on assessment of contract variations in line with contractual provisions.Reviewing Supplier’s contract submittals and arranging responses to same within contractual timescales.Ensure contract compliance throughout the duration of the contract, including monitoring deliverables, managing variations and claims and resolving disputes.Data analysis and reporting – collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes plus record-keeping purposes.Extensive record keeping supporting ongoing tender administration and purchase requisition/purchase order governance.Support procurement activities on current frameworks to ensure immediate requirements are met in a timely manner.Prepare and manage procurement timelines and plans for the whole duration of project.Qualifications10+ years of demonstrated experience in contracts management of Marine Surveys (Geophysical, Geotechnical etc)Bachelor’s degree qualification in Supply Chain Management /Engineering /Business/ Law or equivalent.Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of Offshore projects including contract change management and contract claim management.Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations.Understanding of the financial analysis and reporting of project budgets.Build, maintain and manage close relationships with internal stakeholders.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Full time, permanentCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits8% Pension contributionCar Allowance25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
