SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 + Van + Package

They were established over a decade ago and have found themselves to sub-contractor of choice for many recognised industry names. The company deliver drylining, rendering, load bearing and infill SFS Systems and metal pan/grid ceiling services. The company has built itself off relationships and delivering on time, on budget for satisfied clients. The company are growing, have a strong and stable leadership team who will afford you the chance to develop. With a busy order booked stacked out, this business are looking to add to the head count to manage the upcoming load.



The Role:



A Contracts Manager is required to join the Operations team to assist with current and future projects. You will need to have delivered Drylining and SFS Systems packages with multiple years of experience. You will be working predominantly on drylining and SFS packages, with values ranging from £25,000 through to £2,000,000. You would need to understand the full project cycle from pre-construction through to completion. You will need to have demonstratable experience managing multiple projects at various stages. Ideally you will continue to build relationships with clients to aide future work.



The Applicant:



The ideal candidate must have:



* Experience working as a Contracts Manager for a Dry Lining Sub-Contractor



* Operational and installation knowledge of drylining and SFS systems.



* The ability to manage multiple projects



* SMSTS/CSCS
