Like this one.Position Summary: Responsible for process improvement and innovation, solutions development and new technologies integration to current process’s, through continuous improvement. Innovative strategies deployment by applying the Harman Production System philosophy. Technical knowledge sharing through employee trainings.Supervisory Responsibilities:As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee with equal qualifications).Job Responsibilities: Successful projects transfer.Successful projects development and implementation.Solutions development commissioning and start-up.New projects follow-up through detailed documented planning.Equipment new requirements implementation (testing, implementation, documentation and standardizing).Maintenance personnel training.Coordination with plant engineering personnel and manufacturing areas.Search continuous training and knowledge growth.Basic Qualifications:Integrity.Innovation.Inclusion.Teamwork & Respect.Excellence.Strategic Planning oriented.Bachelor degree in Automation, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in manufacturing areas in development and commissioning of automated systems.Computer and Programming skills (PLC Programming, C+ code or similar, HMI interface design, SCADA systems, Camera Vision systems, Office: Project, Excel, etc.). Networking and computer systems knowledge.Ability to work under stressful conditions.Advance English level 90% (reading and writing that allows fluid presentations).Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.Preferred Qualifications: Leadership.Change Orientation.Collaboration.Judgment.Result Driven.Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously without compromising delivery dates.Ability to communicate with other users in a professional, courtesy manner.Interpersonal Skills and Advanced ability to transfer knowledge.BECHOFF, SIEMENS and Allen Bradley PLC programming skills.Epson and Mitsubishi SCARA Robots knowledge.Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to travel.Willingness to work in an office or production floor.Ability to work with multinational teams.Knowledge of German language.PLC programming skills.C+ or similar programming skills.HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
