OBJECTIVE: To promote ESCO to its potential customers, market and sell its products and services and manage accounts assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identification & development of clients
• Proposal activity and its projected profitability
• Major account activity
• Participation and contribution to periodic sales meetings, evaluations, proposal summaries, etc. • Active participation in at least 2 local trade organizations
• Management of at least 2 designated mechanical contractors
• Management of at least 2 designated mechanical engineers
• Knowledge of and an understanding of the current Controls technology
• All follow up service and the selling of service contracts
COMPENSATION:
• Base salary of $XX,XXX per year
• Monthly Auto allowance of $600.00 per month
• 12% of gross profits of all Sales above $2,000 that possess a projected 30% Gross Profit or better. For every 1% improvement on the projected GP above 30%, commission rate increases by .3%. No Maximum. Commissions will have to be negotiated for that work projected at less than 30% GP • Service Sales commission is equal to two month’s fees for new customers and one month’s for renewals
• Health Insurance for employee only will be provided with the employee contributing 20% of the cost. Family coverage is the total responsibility of the employee.
• Access to 401K for personal contributions. ESCO matches up to 4% of Salary. • Seven holidays per year; New Year’s Day, Memorial Da y, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Dental insurance is provided for the employee at no additional expense.
• ID Shield plan to assist in theft situations, provided by ESCO
• Access to Legal Shield plan to assist with an employee’s personal legal issues, paid for by employee. • Use of a Laptop computer, property of ESCO plus docking station.

ATTRIBUTES in addition to offer.
• 1/3 of the project will be recognized at the time of invoicing
• 1/3 of the project will be recognized at the time of collection
• If a project is booked before departure and not invoiced or collected as yet, only the 1/3 for booking will be recognized.
• If any of the projects are more than 10% Gross Profit less than the projected GP, it may affect the payout of commissions for that project.
• Commissions will not be paid in a lump sum upon departure. An agreed upon schedule of payments will begin the first week after departure.
