Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Excellence: Dive into the heart of control systems, overseeing everything from specification to commissioning. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability of our DCS & Emergency Shutdown systems.

2. Technical Guru: Provide invaluable technical support to our operations and maintenance teams, tackling challenges head-on and optimizing system performance. From troubleshooting to root cause analysis, you'll be the go-to problem solver.

3. Cybersecurity Champion: Safeguard our systems against digital threats by closely coordinating with our ICS Cybersecurity team. Your role in designing and maintaining cyber defenses will be instrumental in protecting our assets.

4. Innovation Advocate: Lead the charge in implementing the latest industry standards and practices. Your keen eye for improvement will drive operational efficiency and elevate our practices to international levels.

5. Talent Development: Nurture the talents of our team members through mentorship and training. Your guidance will empower them to reach new heights in their capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields is a must. A Master's degree will give you an edge!

Experience: With 5-7 years in control system functions, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, you'll hit the ground running. Experience in Petrochemicals or OEM systems is a definite plus.

Certifications: Holders of certifications such as Functional Safety Engineer, ISA Certified Automation Professional® (CAP®), and ICS Cybersecurity Fundamentals will shine bright in our selection process.
