Location: North UK (M62 Corridor)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience (includes Car Allowance or Company Car, Private Medical Insurance, Company Profit Sharing Scheme, Training Development Plan, and Career Path Development)



Position Overview:

An innovative BeMS service provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced BeMS Controls Engineer to join its team. Based from home, the successful candidate will cover the UK Northern region, particularly the M62 corridor, with opportunities to work in Europe. This role involves a combination of offsite engineering work (design, software, and graphics) and onsite commissioning and servicing. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, an appetite for learning new systems, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to a growing customer base.



Key Responsibilities:



Provide offsite engineering support, including design, software development, and graphics.

Perform onsite commissioning and servicing of BeMS systems across the Northern UK region and potentially in Europe.

Demonstrate initiative in proposing and implementing new solutions to benefit customers.

Ensure system availability and environmental conditions are maintained to help customers reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Occasionally work outside of regular business hours as required.

Requirements:



Strong knowledge of Trend BeMS is essential.

Knowledge of Tridium and Schneider systems is advantageous.

A solid understanding of HVAC applications.

Demonstrated electrical skills and competence.

Strong report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and proactively, showing initiative and pride in all work.

Flexibility and a willingness to work outside normal hours when required.

Appetite for learning new systems and technologies.

Willingness and ability to work in Europe as needed.
