Dorchester - Control Engineer - Robotics

Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading robotics company specializing in advanced automation solutions. They provide cutting-edge robotic systems for industries to major global markets and are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to join their innovative team!

Main Duties:

* Use PLC’s and Fanuc and Kuka robots to develop Software for a range of machines

* Commission brand new equipment

* Debug electrical problems

* Travel to client sites that range across different sectors

Skills and Experience Required:

* PLC Programming Experience

* Experience with motion control

* Experience with Siemens S7 PLCs and TIA Portal is advantageous

* Fanuc Robot Programming

Salary/Location:

* The salary is circa £35k-£48k depending on experience

* This role is based in and around Dorchester
